I think this is the spookiest sketch I've ever done! The winner of the Rex Bunyan Halloween costume contest will win this sketch as well!!... I think I'll actually colour it too.

Halloween is tomorrow, and it will be the end of Octoberbots! But I had a lot of fun this month doing these and I appreciate all the great comments and feedback. I'd like to try and keep this momentum going through into the next month with a different topic. I think I have one already.
In other news, over on The Life of Rex Bunyan I have a Halloween contest type thingy going on. I've encouraged everyone to comment or message me on Rex on Facebook and suggest a costume for Rex to wear. The chosen idea will have the drawing + an additional sketch sent to them in the mail. You have until tonight to toss me your suggestions!!

...T'was a black day indeed at the Bully Blacktron Factory, as everyone mourned the loss of Bully Blacktron #1053. He will be truly missed.

...I couldn't just leave him hangin there now could I?!
Yet another loss and plan foiled for Bully Blacktron. He must feel extremely depressed... if he had feelings that is.

... It seemed as though Bully Blacktron finally had Johnny Ultrabot right where he wanted him! Could this be the end of Johnny Ultrabot?!?

Today's posting is inspired by a new member in our little family! Hooray for new fuzzy little ankle biters!

... after the storm we found the boat washed up on the rocks, smashed to pieces. Sadly, the ships Captaintron 200 was never recovered.

I don't really know what this thing would be used for exactly, but I'm sure that it could be put to some good use somewhere.

...The only problem with the new Ski-bot 3000 was that they weren't programmed with any sense of caution for danger.
Oh, and Where The Wild Things Are... 3 Thumbs Up!!! A must see... but definitely NOT for little kids.

It's rare that Agent Orange has a normal, quiet day to relax... especially during the month of Octoberbots.

For the 5th year in a row now #12 Jeffery Johnson, has won gold in the Regional Robo Relays.
In other news, Jeffery Johnson has just tested positive for the use of Nano-steroids. A truly sad day in the world of robot racing.

Agent Orange is of course a great chef... being a robot and all. The only thing is, that your meal always ends up tasting like metal somehow.

Larry's self esteem was never quite the same when he woke up one morning in a pile of rusty old junk bots

Little Timmy-bot had a hard life growing up. His father was cold and emotionless.

I just couldn't help myself. It had to be done. I did this little one on the train this morning, remembering a sketch that I saw Mike Thomas do a long time ago. His was of course far better than my dinky doodle.

Not really an original posting today, but I've always loved Ed-209. I'm not a fan of the movie due to the violence, but the designs and ideas are great. Did anyone else have this toy?

My friend Jake Parker has inspired me this month by his declaration of the month of October being "Inktober". He is doing one ink only sketch a day for the month of October. I'm going to follow his example and do the same... with the exception that mine will be called "OCTOBERBOTS".
I tend to use only ink anyway, so I'll use a single gray marker as well just to add a little tone to the robotic goodness. I missed yesterday, so I'm posting two today!
